Cancellation Policy

You as a customer can cancel your order anytime before the delivery/dispatch by calling our customer service.If you cancel your order before the product has shipped, you can choose to have the entire amount refunded.

If your product has been shipped and is yet to be delivered, please send the package back to us within 15 days at our address and you will get full refund. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

Return & Refunds

We at G.R.Kurup&son’s provide a return and refund policy which enables all our customers to return the products within 10 days of the purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will take the returned product back with us and return the money or issue a credit note for the value of the return products which will be credited to your account on the Site. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills.

This Return and Cancellation Policy is part of, and incorporated within, the G.R.Kurup&son’s Client Contract. As a condition of registering with G.R.Kurup&son’s and using the G.R.Kurup&son’s Services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and understood this Return and Cancellation Policy and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained within.
